Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including cooking spices. However, the lack of room servicing during our visit was a drawback. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions like Big Bear Village. One minor downside was that the cleanliness could have been improved a bit more. Although the dining options were not extensive, there were some vegan dishes available. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not quite clean but had everything one might need, including spices for cooking. The service was very accommodating, and the location, albeit with some cleanliness issues, felt somewhat homey. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities met expectations overall.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although nice and spacious with useful amenities like a microwave, toaster oven, and small fridge, was not truly worth the price paid. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for walking to town and the marina, offering a homely feeling despite not being near a road. However, some investment could enhance the overall experience. The dining experience was simple with just oatmeal available, but the facilities were satisfactory considering the price paid.
